Ozi Batla gets ready to drop his debut solo album Wild Colonial on May 14th. He’s taken part in plenty of other musical projects over his time as an Elefant Traks artist, but never once done a solo album. Personally i’m really looking forward to this album, this years shaping up with some great releases. You can check out a limited stream of the entire album at the bottom of this post. oneThe Elefant Traks forums and fans of Ozi Batla for quite a while now have been asking “When’s Ozi doing a solo?”, we were told “it’s happening”, “it’s underway”, well look no further because it’s all starting now. Ozi Batla has released a track, titled Put It On Wax as a teaser to the release of his forthcoming solo album Wild Colonial. Wild Colonial is due out May 14th through none other than Elefant Traks and looks to be another fine chapter in Ozi Batla’s career. 2 comChasm, Ozi Batla and Sir Robbo join forces once more as Astronomy Class to grace the hip-hop world with a new album. The new album due out May 2nd on Elefant Traks is titled Pursuit of Happiness and if the advance single is anything to go by it should be an excellent album.
Along with that it looks like they’ll be on tour from the 29th of May through to the 30th of June. Starting here in WA first and then finishing up in June in Queensland. For more details on the dates you can check it out and buy tickets here
